- Master a 7-part progression to perform a complete snatch, even if you’re a beginner.
- Learn a 6-move progression to perform a complete clean.
- Discover the 5 progressive movements that will allow you to perform a squat jerk and a split jerk like a pro.
- Ma Strength seminars are certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and CrossFit to distribute continuing education credits (CEUs). Please consult your organization for information on how to redeem CEUs.
Goals:
- Learn a movement model to simplify your compensation and mobility analysis in weightlifting.
- Introduce tests to assess an athlete’s form and movement.
- Learn how to control internal pressure to restore access to Chinese standard weightlifting positions.
- Experiment with accessory exercise examples, based on experience and practice, that will help you control internal forces.
- Increase training consistency to write better programs.
