Ma Strength Shipping Policy

  2. How much does shipping cost?

    • USA orders are $10 flat rate.
    • Book orders are $10 flat rate worldwide
    • Outside the US, product orders are:
      • $27 flat-rate up to 0.97 kg.
      • $37 flat-rate between 0.98 – 1.36 kg.
      • $47 flat-rate over 1.36kg.
    • Note: there is no shipping for digital products and event registrations.
    • Note: some countries may charge customs fees based on the size or cost of your order. You might see this fee on your order upon checkout to allow smoother shipping through customs.
  3. How fast is shipping?

    • You will receive a completion email usually within 48 hours unless there’s a US holiday or you order on the weekend. Once you receive this email:
      • USA orders usually take about 2 – 5 business days
      • International orders usually take about 12 – 15 business days
    • Note: business days are Mon – Fri, 9 am – 5 pm EST. This does NOT include weekends or holidays.
    • Note: if you order a physical book, please add 5 days for printing.
    • Note: Due to global supply chain delays, labor shortages, and covid disruptions, it is normal for a package to take longer to ship (especially internationally).
  4. Do you offer tracking info?

    • Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a completion email from Ma Strength and another email (either from Paypal or with tracking information.
    • Emails are automatic and sent 100% of the time, so please check your spam or make sure your email used during checkout is correct.
  5. My package has not arrived or is delayed, what do I do?

    • For international packages, once a package leaves the USA, you might not receive updates until the package arrives in your country. It really depends on the destination country.
    • After 15 business days, I recommend you use your tracking number and ask your local post office or customs office for more information. Sometimes it could be an issue with the address, or the post office tried to deliver but you weren’t home, or customs is inspecting the package.
    • Note: we do not control the postal service or customs service, so we are not responsible for delays or their logistics. We also do not have any extra information from the tracking information.
    • Note: due to Covid-19 and supply chain disruptions, there have been substantial delays due to fewer flights, reduced staff, etc. On some occasions, international orders can take 1 – 3 months to arrive.
  6. What happens if my package is lost?

    • If 90 business days have passed and you have already contacted your post office and customs office with no extra information, then please contact us with the name on the order and your order #.
  7. Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

    • We do not accept returns unless there is something wrong with the order.
    • We do not refund digital products
    • Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you want to exchange a product for a different size, you must pay for return shipping. We strongly recommend you follow the size recommendations on the website to avoid this situation.
    • Note: we cannot exchange any used or washed or products because we cannot resell in that condition.
  8. I have more questions about my order.

    • Please do not send an email and then contact us on Instagram, Facebook, etc. This does NOT speed up a response.
    • We try to respond quickly, but please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

Ma Strength Seminar Policy

  1. Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

    • Seminar and training camp registrations are refunded only if the event is canceled. This happens very rarely.
    • Otherwise registrations can be refunded until 30 days before the event date.
      • If a seminar or training camp is held,  they are non-refundable. In this case, you can either:
        • Observe the seminar
        • Find someone to take your spot.
        • Receive credit for a future Ma Strength seminar for up to one year.
