Shipping & Return Policy
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes! We ship anywhere that USPS ships which is over 180 countries.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is a $10 flat rate for anywhere in the USA or a $25 flat rate for anywhere outside of the USA.
Q: How fast is shipping?
A: Usually packages are shipped via USPS Monday – Saturday. During weightlifting camps packages are usually sent Wednesdays and Saturdays. So usually a package will ship within 24 hours but can take up to 72 hours if you order over a US holiday, weekend, or if we are backed up with orders from the weekend. For posters, you will receive a separate package from our printing provider which may arrive earlier or later than other items in your cart.
For most US orders, USPS will have them to you by 5 business days from the date we ship it. However, in very rare cases, 3 – 4 weeks for delivery has happened with domestic packages.
For international orders, USPS will usually deliver within 6 – 12 business days from the date we ship it. Once the package is in the USPS system, we have no control over expediting it.
Q: Do you offer shipment tracking?
A: We mainly use USPS which offers shipment tracking within the USA. You will receive an “order completed” email when your order is shipped which usually occurs 24 – 72 hours after purchasing and then takes anywhere between 1 – 5 business days to reach a USA or Canada destination. Please check your spam or junk folders since this email is automated and might not show up in your inbox depending on your email provider and security filters.
We currently do not have automatic tracking so please wait until the allotted time (5 business days for USA, 12 business days for international) before asking for a tracking number.
All international orders get tracking info to the point of leaving the USA but beyond that shipments are in the hands of local carriers. If you are ordering from AUS, BEL, CAN, EST, FIN, GER, GBR, HUN, ISR, LAT, LTU, MAS, MLT, NED, NZL, SIN, ESP, SUI, then you can use the USPS tracking number to track your package on your local carrier’s website. For all other countries USPS does not provide this service and will only tell us when the package has left the US.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: We don’t accept returns unless there’s something wrong with the product that we shipped.
For domestic orders, we’ll exchange out an identical item if it doesn’t fit but we strongly recommend that you reference the size charts or links on a particular item. If you would like to exchange an item, you must pay return shipping and the re-shipping to send an item back to you. Any used or washed product cannot be returned or exchanged as we cannot resell it in that condition.
For international orders, we don’t accept exchanges because the shipping is usually prohibitively expensive to do so. Therefore, please reference the size information on a product if you are unsure.
Q: What happens if my package is missing?
After the standard time has passed (5 business days for USA, 12 business days for international), you should contact us to receive your tracking or customs number and then contact your local carrier or customs office to inquire about the whereabouts of your package.
For USA and international packages sent to countries which do offer tracking and delivery confirmation, we will not offer coverage of the shipment if the item is marked delivered on the online tracking system. You must place a new order.
For packages sent to countries which offer tracking and delivery confirmation, if the item is not marked as being in the destination country after three weeks or not delivered after four weeks, we will resend the item but you must pay for the shipping.
For packages sent to countries which do not offer tracking and delivery confirmation, if the item does not arrive, then you must place a new order. While this is a very rare situation, there is no way for us to monitor the item.
